Child Safety Standards
1. Overview
Ladies in the Loop is a professional networking and community platform designed exclusively for adult women. We are firmly committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and legally compliant environment for all users. In strict accordance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy, relevant global child safety laws, and our commitment to online safety, we have established comprehensive protocols to prevent, detect, and address Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
2. Age Restrictions
Ladies in the Loop is strictly restricted to users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not permit minors to access, create accounts, or participate on our platform under any circumstances.
- We enforce strict age-gating mechanisms during the onboarding and registration process.
- Should we identify or receive credible reports of an underage user, the account will be immediately restricted, suspended, and permanently removed from our platform.
- Users found attempting to evade age restrictions will face permanent bans.
3. Zero Tolerance for CSAE
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to, grooming, sextortion, human trafficking involving minors, and any behavior that endangers or sexually exploits children.
- Any user found attempting to use our platform for CSAE will face immediate and permanent termination of their account.
- All related data and evidence will be preserved and promptly reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and international agencies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate fully with global law enforcement agencies across jurisdictions where required.
4. CSAM Policy
The distribution, storage, or sharing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is illegal and strictly prohibited on Ladies in the Loop.
- We actively prohibit any visual depiction involving the sexual exploitation of a minor.
- Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, we will immediately remove the offending content, permanently ban the associated user or networks, and report the incident to relevant legal authorities as required by applicable laws.
5. Moderation & Prevention
In addition to reactive measures, Ladies in the Loop employs proactive moderation and monitoring systems to protect our community and prevent the transmission of illicit material. We also take measures to prevent misuse of anonymity and platform features for harmful or illegal activities.
- We utilize a combination of automated AI moderation tools and manual review processes to scan for and detect suspicious, abusive, or non-compliant content and behavior.
- Our systems are continuously updated to identify patterns indicative of CSAE or CSAM, ensuring a secure environment before incidents escalate.
6. Reporting & User Safety Tools
Community vigilance is integral to our safety strategy. We provide comprehensive, accessible in-app reporting mechanisms allowing users to flag concerning content or behavior globally without leaving the app.
- Users can report suspicious activities directly through user profiles, chat interfaces, and our support channels.
- All user reports are placed in a high-priority queue and undergo prompt, manual review by our dedicated safety team.
- Timely enforcement actions, including content removal and account suspensions, are taken following report verification.
7. Legal Compliance
Our platform operates in strict compliance with all relevant international and local child safety laws, as well as the policies mandated by Google Play. We continuously assess and align our standards with industry best practices, such as the Tech Coalition Child Safety Standards, to maintain full regulatory compliance.
8. Child Safety Contact
To facilitate rapid communication with regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and compliance auditors, we have designated a strict Child Safety Point of Contact.
