That quiet panic when you don't know a single person. The internal pep talk before approaching a group. The polite conversations that go nowhere. Leaving with business cards but no real connection and wondering if networking is supposed to feel this hard.
As a professional woman, I've struggled to grow my network in ways that actually translate into opportunity. I've attended the events. I've put myself out there. Yet the most valuable opportunities always seemed to come through warm introductions and trusted circles, networks that aren't always easy to access.
At the same time, I am juggling career ambitions with family commitments. Like many women, my time is limited. I can't justify spending evenings at events that don't lead to meaningful connections or tangible growth. I don't need more small talk , I need relevant introductions!
Over time, I have realised that the issue wasn't effort. It was the structure of networking itself.
So I have decided to change it.
This platform has been born from my own frustration and determination to build something better, a curated networking space designed specifically for professional women who want purposeful, efficient and aligned professional connections.
